High temperature demagnetization method of Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet material

1、 Do not put the Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet material product into too high temperature. Pay attention to its critical temperature, i.e. two Baidu. Adjust its working environment temperature in time to minimize demagnetization.

2、 It is to start with skills and increase the performance of products using magnets so that they can have a temperature structure and are not easily affected by the environment.

3、 High coercivity materials with the same magnetic energy product can also be selected. If not, you can only reduce the magnetic energy product a little and find a material with lower coercivity. If not, you can choose to use samarium cobalt. As for reversible demagnetization, you can only choose samarium cobalt.

Each material has different properties. So choose adaptive and economic. When designing, we should consider it carefully. Otherwise it will bring losses!
